Our pizza dough is made fresh, in house, daily, in a Neopolitan inspired fashion.
Simple yet effective is the moto behind our dough, salt, water, flour and yeast is all you need for that perfect base. Before you ask, yes we use Caputo flour as well.
San Marzano tomatoes, grown in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, make up our tomato sauce. We keep it simple again, just adding a sprinkle of salt to bring out that rich tomato flavour.
Fior di latte or ‘Flour of milk’ is our cheese of choice. Imagine mozarella, but better. If you have a pizza in Italy, you’ll be enjoying fior di latte.
